Spacious room, good amenities and kitchen stuff. Decent wardrobe and bathroom. Has a washer dryer combo as well. Walking distance to main street/downtown.

I had an incredible stay at Stay's OTARU, but what truly amazed me was their exceptional service after I checked out. I accidentally left my camera tripod in their parking lot. When I contacted the hotel, the staff was extremely helpful and responsive. Most incredibly, the owner personally drove all the way from Otaru to Sapporo to deliver the tripod to my next accommodation because they knew I was flying back to Taiwan soon. I have never experienced such kindness and dedication from a hotel before. The room was clean and comfortable, but it is the people and their way to treat customers that make this place truly special. I highly recommend Stay's OTARU to anyone visiting Hokkaido. They truly care about their guests! Thank you again for saving my trip.

The cooking amenities were very impressive, the space was very accomodating and large too. Lots of space for our bags. The location is fairly good too and heating very efficient.
